Join us for a FREE informal rolling skills session at Winged Deer Park! This location has a boat ramp with easy access to the lake and clam water to practice in. This is a public lake access and will have other users present like fishermen and motorboats. 

APEs will have someone present to help with your roll. If you’re just getting started figuring out your roll, need help fixing your technique so your combat roll becomes more reliable, or just would to to snap off some on-side and off-side rolls to build solid motor memory these sessions are for you! 

You must provide your own equipment or have made prior arrangements to borrow gear. We will not have extra equipment available on a regular basis. All essential whitewater gear is required for participation: boat, skirt, paddle, helmet, and Type III PFD.
